I hereby request to become a member of the Quebec Mounted Police Members' Association (QMPMA, Inc.) I shall recognize and take knowledge of the Association's statuses, regulations and decisions, and agree to pay the membership fees established by the association. I have paid the membership fee required by the QMPMA, Inc., and have signed my approval; I authorize the QMPMA to support the creation of a council of associations that would have the authority to act as a negotiating agent for all RCMP members.
The QMPMA shall automatically withdraw your monthly membership fee directly from your bank account. Please select Pre-authorized monthly debit in the field below. If you give the QMPMA authorization to support the creation of a council of associations that would act as your negotiating agent, $14 will debited from your account on the first day of each month, and $9 for the subsequent months. The QMPMA also accepts credit card payments. If you prefer to pay by credit card, the QMPMA requires an annual payment of $108, which will be automatically debited from your credit card annually on the renewal date of your membership. If you give the QMPMA authorization to support the creation of a council of associations that would act as your negotiating agent, $113 will debited from your account on the first day of each month, and $108 for the subsequent years.
